Delivery

 

No shipping fee is charged from our standard shipping service for your orders from anywhere in Turkey. After your order is delivered to Yurtiçi Kargo, the time for your cargo to reach you varies between 24 hours and 96 hours, depending on your city and district. For international orders, it will arrive within 2-10 business days.

 

Return

 

You can return the product you have purchased from our online store within 14 days, provided that the product has not lost its resaleability and has not been used. The labels, logos and other accessories of the returned products must be undamaged. If the products you return are found to be damaged after being checked by our product inspection team, your return may not be accepted.

 

The shipping fee of the product you want to return is covered by our company. You must send the return via the cargo company (Yurtiçi Kargo) that delivers to you. Products sent through different cargo companies will not be accepted as counter-paid. When the return is approved, the product price will be refunded to your credit card if you have paid by credit card within the legal period of 10 working days, and to your account if you have made it by money order.
